SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO HIGH VOLUME 

Thank you for ordering from Jean Machine.  Please note, we are currently receiving a high volume of orders and processing time may take longer than expected including response times for emails.  We are working hard to ship you order as quickly as possible. Holidays Returns Policy

Items shipped by Jean Machine between November 21, 2016 and December 31, 2016 are eligible for Returns. You must request your RMA# no later than January 14, 2017.

 

 
Jean Machine's Online Return Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept regular-priced merchandise for return as long as it meets the following criteria:

- Merchandise is in original condition and has not been worn, altered or washed. Note all jewellery, cosmetics, bodysuits, intimates, and swimwear are final sale.
- Merchandise has all original tags attached.

- Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS CAN BE EXCHANGED FOR SIZES ONLY. NO REFUNDS ON SALE MERCHANDISE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.  Shipping fees are not refundable. 

International:

All returned items should be declared as a "return of Canadian merchandise" on the customs declaration.  Returned items that do not include this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender. Shipping and customs fees are not refundable.

 

Returning Your Item


 

Step 1:

REQUEST A RETURN ONLINE: Log into your account HERE, or go to jeanmachine.com/my/order_search and type in the first 15 digits of your order number/packing slip.  (Example – 15-12345678-9ABCD)

Step 2:

After you receive your RA number, carefully pack your item, including the RA number and order confirmation email you received after your purchase was processed.

Step 3:

Mail or ship your package to our office:

Can I exchange my online order in store?


 

Online orders can be exchanged in any of our store locations. You must present your invoice with the merchandise for an exchange. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AT ANY STORE.
