Shipment over $60.00 before tax

- Standard Expedited within Canada: 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $1.99

Shipment under $60.00 before tax

- Standard Expedited within Canada: 3 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) - $8.99

 

Shipping Restrictions

 


 

For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Canada Post delivery. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

 

Shipping to Multiple Addresses 


 

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, please contact Customer Care for assistance and we'll be happy to help you out.

 

Order Processing Times


 

Once you place your order we will do our best to ship it out within 24 hours. During sale periods, it could take up to 72 hours. We reserve the right to make delivery in installments. Delivery times provided are estimates only and commence from the ship date.

 

Order Tracking Information


 

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 48 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

You can also track your order in your order history. Just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the 'Status & Tracking' column. Click on the link to get the tracking information for your order.

Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.

 

Refused Shipments


 

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call Customer Care so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Redirecting an Order


 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
